They had come shopping on the Sunday excursion, which he dreaded. They had visited the supermarket, gone to lunch, and had steak. His wife seemed embarrassed when he berated the waiter for being late serving food.
Last Sunday, he shouted at the supermarket cashier for not giving him back the change, which was a paltry amount.
