Tanika Rajeswari V. shares a powerful story about the upheavals one goes through after divorce and how a woman’s perspective toward life changes after that.

Divorce has a way of shaking up your world, but it also brings a clarity that’s hard to describe. I’ve emerged from that period with a sense of wisdom that feels well-earned. My routines are simple, almost ritualistic—I’m in bed by ten, up by dawn for yoga, a practice that keeps me grounded and connected to my body. I take care of myself in ways that matter, cooking my meals, and nourishing myself with both food and solitude.

But there’s more to me than these habits. Beneath the surface, I’m just a humble, laid-back person trying to navigate life’s complexities with as much grace as I can muster.
