You Will Be All Right – A Guide to Navigating Grief (Penguin India, 2024) will help you understand what death does to you when a loved one passes away. It provides ways to cope with it.

Psychotherapist Sonali Gupta’s book, ‘You Will Be All Right — A Guide to Navigating Grief,’ begins with a quote by Elizabeth Gilbert, the bestselling author of ‘Eat, Pray Love,’:
