Rehanul Hoque shares a moving story taking the reader on an emotional roller coaster ride.

In the quiet corners of the world, where life unfolds in its simplest yet most profound forms, there were three souls- Litu, his mother, and the only pet Lalu. Although there had been other pets in the family, none were like Lalu.

Lalu was not just a companion but a token of love that Litu’s father had left behind. Alongside the family heirloom tucked inside the almirah of the modest home- and the small vegetable garden behind the house–Lalu stood as a cherished reminder of a man who had once filled their lives with warmth and love.  In the due course of time, Lalu became Litu’s shadow, his friend, confidant, and the most loyal companion.
