Renu Singh Parmar shares a captivating tale of red shoes, highlighting the differences in a society and how things impact each of the individuals differently, as they see it from their own unique perspective.

“These are just horrible shoes! Don’t even think of buying them.”

Shefali gave a disgusted look at the red Nike shoes Manik was admiring.

“What’s wrong with them-they are super smart and the latest design. Wow!”

Manish quickly slipped them on and surveyed himself in the mirror. “Cool yaar!” he clicked a picture of the shoes.

“Pack kar do!” he signalled the salesman.

“What the hell, I’ve never seen such a ghatiya design in shoes till now! I am not going to the party with you if you’re going to be wearing those shoes.” Shefali threatened Manik, pouting in exasperation.
