Lounge Interview: Gankhu Sumnyan (Writer & Poet)

Team Kitaab is in conversation with author Gankhu Sumnyan whose story is soon going to be published in TBASS 2021.

Gankhu Sumnyan teaches English at a government college in Arunachal Pradesh. His stories—“Caring”, “Son of the Soil”, and “Obsession”—were published in Café Dissensus, East India Story, and Gulmohar Quarterly magazines respectively. His poetry book Old Friends’ Parade was shortlisted for Satish Verma Young Writers’ Award 2015, organised by Muse India. Four poems were also published in Indian Literature journal in 2014.   

His story ‘Local’ is soon going to be published in TBASS 2021 (Kitaab, 2021)
