Team Kitaab is in conversation with Indian author Apeksha Rao as a part of the South Asian Women Writers Feature.

For the whole of March, we will be featuring South Asian Women Writers on Kitaab for the whole of March. You can read the editor’s note to know more about this.

Today, we are featuring Apeksha Rao, an Indian author based in London. She writes children’s fiction under her name and romance novels under the pseudonym, Alisha Kay.

Her debut novel, Along Came A Spyder, a YA spy thriller (TreeShade Books) is being adapted into a web series by Abundantia Entertainment, the production house that has brought out hit shows and movies like Breathe, Shakuntala Devi and Chhori.
