Rhododendrons is the debut novella of Sreetanwi Chakraborty an academic and creative writer based in Kolkata. She is also the Chief Editor of a bilingual biannual academic journal Litinfinite. In the blurb of the book Prabal Kumar Basu writes, “Rhododendrons centres around Sreenandini, who passes through various modern-day urban complexities in a non-conventional way still never losing her creative passion.
