Diversity in Words: The Canadian High Commission in Singapore launches short story writing competition


WebpageThe Canadian High Commission in Singapore has  launched a short story writing  competition that is sponsored by Manulife. The writing competition starts on October 1 and ends on October  31, 2015, and complements the Diversity in Words: 50 Canadian Authors from Around the World Exhibition in partnership with the National Library Board.
Also, the award winning Canadian novelist  Madeleine Thien will be conducting a reading of her novel Dogs at the Perimeter at Ang Mo Kio Public Library on October 6, from 7pm to 8:30pm. This is part of the programme of activities for the Diversity in Words: 50 Canadian Authors from Around the World Exhibition.
