Short Story: The Architect of Lord Krishna’s Chariot by Sri Rohith Rajam
1 min read
Sri Rohith Rajam’s short story is an imaginary tale of a eunuch living in the times of Mahabharata, written in the spirit of alternate or subaltern fiction.
Kurukshetra was about to host the Great War.
Diplomacy failed and it was left for the swords to decide. The neighbouring kingdoms were eagerly waiting for the colossal battle. Kings sent ambassadors to their supporting sides. They too wanted to share their weapons in the Great War that was being proclaimed all over the lands as the greatest demonstration of might and the mightiest exhibition of strength. The names on the winning side shall be etched into the heart of history. The result could change the entire demography and direction of not just Hastinapur but also the larger continent surrounded by the seas.
